三、申请条件

1.持外国有效护照的非中国籍公民；

2.品行端正、身体健康、成绩优异，能够自觉遵守中华人民共和国法律、法规和红河学院校纪校规，尊重中国风俗习惯,无犯罪记录；

3.攻读本科学位者及预科生，须具有高中或同等学力，年龄不超过25周岁；进修生，须具有学士学位或以上学历，年龄不超过55周岁；

4.申请人中文水平原则上达到汉语水平考试（HSK）四级，预科生、进修生除外。

四、奖学金标准

1.标准：预科生、进修生：30000元/年/人（1年）；本科生：35000元/年/人（4-5年）。

2.涵盖范围：学费、校内住宿费、奖学金生活费、保险费及手续费等。

五、申请流程

1.申请人提交申请材料至指定邮箱(hvhh@uoh.edu.cn或者3103891441@qq.com)；

2.请于2023年3月31日前提交申请材料，逾期不予受理。

六、申请材料

（一）基本材料

1.《云南省政府奖学金申请表》（见附件1）及《红河学院国际学生入学申请表》（见附件2）（请用中文或英文填写，完成所有个人信息后提交Excel文档和签字版扫描件）；
    2.护照个人信息页扫描件（护照有效期在一年以上），最近一次使用的签证页和出入境盖章页扫描件（暂未办理护照的，可先提供身份证扫描件）；
    3.电子版照片（要求：彩色2寸免冠证件照，白色背景无边框，头部占照片尺寸的2/3，照片尺寸不低于320*240像素，高宽比为4:3，大小为100—500KB，JPG格式）；
    4.最高学历证书及成绩单扫描件，尚未获得毕业证书及全部科目成绩单的应届生需提供由就读学校出具的毕业证明及已有各科目成绩单；

5.HSK证书扫描件（预科生及进修生若有可提供）；

6.《外国人体格检查表》（见附件3）和血液检查报告扫描件；

7.无犯罪记录证明扫描件。

注：以上材料均为必备材料，材料不齐者不予录取；中英文以外的文本需附经公证的中文或英文翻译件的扫描件；注册学籍时须补交毕业证和学位证等相关材料的原件。

（二）附加材料（非必要）

1.各类获奖证书；

2.高中及以上学历毕业证书、学位证书等；

3.英语成绩（能力）证明。

七、录取及通知

1.红河学院将组织专家对申请人的申请材料进行评审，并对初审合格者进行线上面试，遴选出拟录取人选，并上报云南省教育厅，对符合条件者，择优录取；

2.录取名单确认后，红河学院第一时间将录取材料发送至奖学金获得者邮箱；

3.奖学金获得者原则上不得变更学习专业及学习期限；

4.奖学金获得者若不能在规定的期限内到校完成学籍注册，其奖学金资格不予保留。

Honghe University Foreign Student General Enrollment Regulations of Yunnan Provincial Government Scholarship 2023

I. Admissions Category

Undergraduate, preparatory students and advanced students.

II. Admission Country

Mainly opening to countries along the "the Belt and Road" and South Asian and Southeast Asian countries, taking into account other countries.

III. Application Requirements

1. Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens holding foreign valid passports;

2.Applicant should be in good health, moral condition and good grades;comply with Chinese laws, regulations and the school rules and regulations of Yunnan Honghe University;have no criminal record and respect Chinese customs.

3. Bachelor’s degree program applicants and pre-college students must hold High School Graduation Certification or the same educational level and be under the age of 25.; Advanced students must have a bachelor's degree or above, and be under the age of 55;

4. In principle, the applicant should pass HSK (Chinese Proficiency Test) Level 4, except for preparatory students and advanced students.

Ⅳ. Scholarship Standards

1. Scholarship standard:

Preparatory students and advanced students: 30000 yuan/year/person (1 year); Undergraduate students: 35000 yuan/year/person (4-5 years).

2. Scholarship coverage: the tuition, campus accommodation, living expenses, insurance and service charges, etc.

Ⅴ. Application Procedure

1. Applicants should submit all the application documents to the designated mailbox（hvhh@uoh.edu.cn or 3103891441@qq.com).

2. Please submit all the application documents before March 31, 2023. Overdue application will not be accepted.

 Ⅵ. Application Documents

(Ⅰ) Basic Documents

1. Application Form of Yunnan Provincial Government Scholarship Program (see Annex 1) and Honghe University International Student Enrollment Application Form (see Annex 2) (please fill in Chinese or English, and submit Excel file and handwritten version copy after completing all personal information);

2. The scanned copy of the passport's personal information page (the passport is valid for more than one year), and the scanned copy of the last used visa page and the entry and exit seal page (if any); applicants who do not have a passport is required to provide a scan copy of ID card;
        3. Digitally restored photo (Photo reference format: : 2-inch color crown-free ID photo. The white background has no borders, the head accounts for 2/3 of the photo size, the photo size is not less than 320 * 240 pixels, the aspect ratio is 4:3, the size between 100 KB and 500KB, JPG format.)
        4. The scanned copy of the highest academic certificate and transcript, and the graduating student who has not obtained the graduation certificate shall provide the graduation certificate and available academic records issued by the school;

5.The scanned copy of HSK certificate (available for preparatory and advanced students if any);

6. Foreigner Physical Examination Form(see Annex 3) and scanned copy of blood test report;

7. The scanned copy of Non-criminal record report.

Note: The above documents are necessary, and those with incomplete materials will not be accepted; notarized translation must be provided if any of the documents is not in Chinese or English. ; The original script of the graduation certificate, degree certificate and other relevant materials shall be submitted when registering the student status.

(Ⅱ) Additional Documents (not necessary)

1. All kinds of award certificates;

2.Graduation certificates and degree certificates high school or above high school ;

3. English language qualification certificate.

Ⅶ. Admission and Notification

1. After assessment by experts from Honghe University,we will conduct online interviews for the applicants who have passed the preliminary examination.The documents of qualified applicants will be delivered to the Education Department of Yunnan Province, it is a merit-based enrollment

2. After the admission list is confirmed, Honghe University will send the admission materials to the mailbox of the scholarship winner as soon as possible;

3. Scholarship winners shall not change their majors and study duration in principle;

4. If the scholarship winner fails to complete the student registration in the university within the registration period, his scholarship qualification will not be retained.
