国际中文教师奖学金是教育部中外语言合作交流中心（以下简称“中心”）为满足国际社会对日益增长的中文教育类人才的需求，助力国际中文教育人才的成长，聚焦培养合格的海外中文教师而设立。红河学院诚邀海外广大优秀学生和在职中文教师前来学习和进修，申请办法具体如下：

一、资助对象

1.非中国籍人士；

2.对华友好，无违法犯罪记录，遵守中国政府的法律、法规和学校的规章制度；

3.身心健康，品学兼优；

4.有志于从事中文教育、教学及相关工作；

5.本科奖学金申请者年龄为18-25周岁；研修生奖学金申请者年龄为18-35周岁；在职中文教师年龄放宽至45周岁。年龄计算截止日期统一以2023年9月1日计。

二、奖学金类别及申请条件

（一）汉语国际教育专业本科生

2023年9月入学，资助期限为4年。

具有高中学历，汉语考试成绩达到 HSK（四级）210分、HSKK（中级）60 分。

（二）一学年研修生

2023年9月入学，资助期限为11个月。不录取享受过同类奖学金的申请者。

1.汉语国际教育方向，汉语考试成绩达到 HSK（三级）270分，具有HSKK成绩。

2.汉语言文学、中国历史方向，汉语考试成绩达到 HSK（四级）180 分、HSKK（中级）60分。

3.汉语研修方向，汉语考试成绩达到 HSK（三级）210 分，提供 HSKK 成绩者优先。

（三）一学期研修生

2023年9月、2024年3月入学，资助期限为5个月。不录取护照上有 X1、X2 签证记录者。

1.汉语国际教育、汉语言文学、中国历史方向，汉语考试成绩达到 HSK（三级）180 分，具有HSKK成绩。

2.太极文化方向，具有HSK成绩，同时提供HSKK成绩者优先。

三、奖学金内容

1.涵盖范围：学费、住宿费、生活费和综合医疗保险费。

2.生活费标准：本科生、一学年和一学期研修生标准为 2500元人民币/月。

四、申请流程

1.申请者登录国际中文教师奖学金项目平台（cis.chinese.cn），在线注册并填写《国际中文教师奖学金申请表》，根据要求上传有关证明材料的扫描件；查询推荐机构，接收院校选择“红河学院”。

注：“基本信息”中的邮箱建议填写hotmail（QQmail）、163mail、126mail，不建议填写Gmail和Yahoomail。

2.推荐机构择优向红河学院推荐符合条件的申请者；

3.红河学院审核申请者入学资格后，择优向语合中心推荐奖学金候选人。

4.语合中心组织专家集中评审，择优录取。

5.申请者可通过项目平台关注申请进程、审核意见与奖学金评审结果。

6.红河学院与学生确认录取，获奖者可在线打印获奖证书，按规定时间到红河学院报到注册后享受国际中文教师奖学金待遇。

7.入学体检不合格、中途退学及未经许可不按时报到、休学等情况，取消奖学金资格。

8.学历生须按要求参加年度评审，评审合格方可继续享受下一年度奖学金。

五、申请材料

1.国际中文教师奖学金申请表；

2.护照照片页扫描件；

3.HSK、HSKK 成绩报告（有效期两年）扫描件；

4.推荐机构负责人签发的推荐信；

5.申请学历生提供经公证的、附带中文或英文翻译的最高学历证明（毕业预期证明）和在校学习成绩单；

6.在职中文教师须附上就职机构出具的在职证明和推荐信。

六、申请截止日期

1．2023年9月入学：申请截止日期为5月15日；

2．2024年3月入学：申请截止日期为2023年11月15日。

Measures of Honghe University for the Application of 2023 International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship

The International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship is established by the Center for Language Exchange and Cooperation of the Ministry of Education (hereinafter referred to as the Center) to meet the growing demand of the international community for Chinese language education talents and promote the growth of international Chinese education talents, with the focus on training qualified overseas Chinese teachers. Honghe University sincerely invites overseas outstanding students and in-service Chinese teachers to study and engage in advanced studies in Honghe University. The application methods are as follows:

I. Subsidizing object

1. Non-China citizens;

2. Being friendly to China, having no criminal record, and abiding by the laws and regulations of the Chinese government and the rules and regulations of the school;

3. Having good physical and mental health and excellent academic performance;

4. Aspiring to engage in Chinese education, teaching and related work;

5. Undergraduate scholarship applicants should be 18-25 years old; trainee scholarship applicants should be 18-35 years old; in-service Chinese teachers should be no more than 45 years old. The deadline of age calculation is September 1, 2023 in a united manner.

II. Scholarship types and application conditions

(I) Undergraduate students majoring in Chinese international education

The applicant registers in September 2023, and has a subsidizing period of 4 years.

The applicant has a high school education, and Chinese test scores reaching 210 points in HSK (Band Four) and 60 points in HSKK (Intermediate).

(II) One-academic year trainee

The applicant registers in September 2023, and has a subsidizing period of 11 months. Applicants who have enjoyed similar scholarships are not admitted.

1. The applicant majors in Chinese International Education, with a Chinese test score reaching 270 points in HSK (Band Three) and a HSKK score.

2.The applicant majors in Chinese Language and Literature or Chinese History, with Chinese test scores reaching 180 points in HSK (Band Four) and 60 points in HSKK (Intermediate).

3. The applicant majors in Chinese Language Study, with a Chinese score reaching 210 points in HSK (Band Three). Those who provide HSKK score are preferred.

(III) One-semester trainee

The applicant registers in September 2023 or March 2024, and has a subsidizing period of 5 months. Those who have X1 and X2 visa records in their passports are not accepted.

1. The applicant majors in Chinese International Education, Chinese Language and Chinese History, with a Chinese test score reaching 180 points in HSK (Band Three) and a HSKK score.

2.The applicant majors in Taichi Culture, with a HSK score. Those who provide HSKK score are preferred.

III. Contents of scholarship

1.Coverage: tuition, accommodation expenses, living expenses and comprehensive medical insurance.

2.Living expenses standard: the standard for undergraduates, one-year and one-semester trainees is RMB 2500/month.

IV. Application process

1. Applicants log on to the platform of the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship (cis.chinese.cn), register online and fill in the Application Form of International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship, and upload scanned copies of relevant certification materials as required; inquire the recommending institution, and choose "Honghe University" for the receiving institution.

Note: hotmail(QQmail), 163mail and 126mail are recommended for the email address in "Basic Information". Gmail and Yahoomail are not recommended.

5.The recommendation institution recommends qualified applicants to Honghe University on merit;

6.After reviewing the applicants' admission qualifications, Honghe University will recommend the scholarship candidates to the Center for Language Education and Cooperation on merit.

7.The Center for Language Education and Cooperation organizes experts to conduct centralized review and select the candidates on merit.

5. Applicants follow up the application process, review opinions and scholarship evaluation results through the project platform.

6. Honghe University confirms the admission with the students. Scholarship winners can print the award certificate online and enjoy the international Chinese teacher scholarship after registering at Honghe University within the specified time.

7. In case of failing to pass entrance examination, dropping out of school, not registering on time without permission and suspension of schooling, the scholarship qualification is cancelled.

8. Academic students must participate in the annual review as required. Only after passing the review can they continue to enjoy the scholarship for the next year.

V. Application materials

 1. Application Form of International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship;

 2. Scanned copy of passport photo page;

 3. Scan of HSK and HSKK report (valid for two years);

 4. Letter of recommendation issued by the person in charge of the recommendation institution;

 5. Applicants should provide a notarized certificate of the highest academic qualification (graduation expectation certificate) with Chinese or English translation and a school transcript;

 6. On-the-job Chinese teachers must attach the employment certificate and recommendation letter issued by their employers.

 VI. Deadline of application

 1. Admission in September 2023: the deadline for application is May 15, 2023;

 2. Admission in March 2024: the deadline for application is November 15, 2023.
